The slots on my nut are over half the string height, pretty much the full string height, which can't be doing much good. I'll also adjust the slope of the nut gaps as they are not sloped enough on the back end, i.e. it looks like the string contacts the nut the whole length. I think the plain string slots need slight wideing too.
